Submit a Request for Information (RFI)<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1141\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1141\"><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">When you intend to apply for the BVT Grant, please first request our RFI (Request for Information form), through <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"mailto:info@bamboovillageturst.earth\">this email form<\/a>.<\/span> Please mention \u201cRFI form request\u201d as your subject. This email form can also be used to inquire further about the BVT Grant. Your RFI application will be reviewed by BVT\u2019s regional partnership coordinators.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The RFI process will include BVT\u2019s safeguard policies screening, which are intended to prevent or mitigate any harm to people or the environment that might inadvertently arise during the project. BVT Opens a Request for Proposals<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1142\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1142\"><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">BVT announces an annual Request for Proposals, specifying the regions of interest open for submissions. If the Request for Proposal (RFP) period is active (please refer to the provided schedule, usually lasting two months), we encourage you to submit your proposal.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Prior to submitting a Request for Information (RFI), ensure eligibility and reach out to the BVT regional team for further discussions. Check the FAQ page for additional guidance.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Note: BVT exclusively accepts proposals during open requests. It not only assesses the compatibility of your site, governance, and management capability with our social agroforestry initiative at BVT but also enables the BVT team to establish contextually viable targets.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We provide risk measures for each section of the assessment tailored to your specific sites. Scheduling for GIS Survey (Site Visit or Satellite Imaging)<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1144\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1144\"><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">After applicants have submitted the Self-assessment form, we will review these submissions to assess eligibility for a Geographic Information System (GIS) survey.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">As an integral part of our mandatory procedure, the GIS survey not only evaluates eligibility but also provides an opportunity to enrich your proposal with valuable insights obtained from the survey. The GIS survey usually involves approximately two weeks for data collection by our team and an additional two weeks for data compilation.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1145\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1145\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"icon icon-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">5. These risk measures provide context for the sites and inform BVT regional teams about necessary measures, but they do not necessarily influence BVT&#8217;s project approval decision.
